WE ARE SPECIALISTS
Morph and Bloom Communication Therapy was founded by Marukh Rehman BSc (Hons) MHCPC, MRCSLT, MASLTIP in 2019. Marukh has worked as a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist since graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2013 with a degree in Speech Pathology and Therapy. Prior to setting up her own company, she worked for the NHS and numerous private organisations around the North West of England and in the Middle East.
Morph and Bloom Communication Therapy Specialists have vast experience working with children who have delayed or disordered speech development/dyspraxia, children with delayed understanding and use of language and children with a range of complex special needs. Our team of therapists has had the opportunity to work within a range of settings including Early Language units, Hearing Impairment bases, School Support teams, Speech Clinics, Speech clinics and child development units and Child Development Units as part of larger multidisciplinary teams.
The specialists at Morph and Bloom Communication Therapy are trained in administering a wide range of formal and informal assessments. They are also trained to deliver the best and most current therapy packages. They are on hand to train and develop the skills of support staff and parents/carers who are involved with consolidating therapy targets at home and in school.
We have a strong belief in a holistic approach to developing Speech, Language and Communication skills, particularly for families whose first language is not English. We will work in partnership with parents and educational staff in order to provide fun, motivating and effective therapy. Morph and Bloom Speech and Language Therapist aim to not only offer dynamic and creative therapy for children aged 2-17, but also to develop parent/carer/educational staffs skills to improve their confidence to integrate therapy strategies across the normal day.
Morph and Bloom Communication Therapy is registered with: The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), The Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and The Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice (ASLTIP).
